Sandee Carpenter is a Hendersonville, NC native and has 43 years of legal experience. She has a background in real estate, corporate, wills & estates, and bankruptcy law. She has been at PH&H for 25 years and working specifically for Edward C. Hay, Jr. for 15 years. She has a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Office Management from Western Carolina University. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, shag dancing, church activities, and hanging out with her husband and horses! She has been a North Carolina Notary Public for 40 years and is a member of the Legal Assistants Division of the North Carolina Bar Association.
